DKS - Skolten Studioscene

In the spring of 2025, P67 contacted me about a project with DKS (Den kulturelle skolesekken) and their new building.

The stage is a modern black box with a light and sound system. It is named "Skolten" after the area it's built on, "Hammarskolten." Skolten is northern slang and translates to "head."

The request was to create a mural with a feminine head and to keep it a bit odd and interesting, without adding skulls or anything obscene, as the target users and audience of this stage are youth. The design is therefore made with nature and traditions in mind. As a northerner myself, I find a lot of my work being inspired by the area we reside in.
